The Challenge
• To assist the CEO and management team with identifying the areas of concern relating to
resources.
Input
• Interactions carried out a mini strategic review of the charity to help understand and
review its vision, mission, values and brand.
• Completion of a SWOT analysis outlining areas for improvement and focus.
• Reviewed organisation’s overall strategy identifying new ways of working with employees
and volunteers.
Outcome
• The charity was able to review the services it offered to its to end-users in line with
strategic objectives.
• The CEO gained the confidence of the Trustees to buy-in to the changes being considered.
• A formal programme of people engagement began with focus on volunteer recruitment
and retention in order to improve efficiencies.
